Infinity Health & Wellness Studio is a friendly, family-run fitness centre in Howdon, Wallsend, established in 2018 by mother and daughter team Karen and Robyn Nicholson.

Operating across two locations — Battle Hill and Howdon — it offers a fully equipped gym alongside 49 fitness classes per week covering Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Spin, HIIT, Clubbercise, Aerotone, Legs Bums & Tums, Kettlebells, Pump, Combat, Nifty 50s and more. Classes suit all ages and abilities, from low-impact aerobics to high-intensity bootcamps.

Memberships are no-contract with no joining fee, and personal training and small group training programmes are also available.
