Innervisions Alchemy is a sauna retreat, studio hire destination and cultural wellness space in Bermondsey, South London. At its heart is a wood-fired outdoor sauna paired with a cold plunge, offering a restorative heat-and-cold ritual designed to ease muscle tension, sharpen focus and support recovery.

Indoors, the venue houses a tranquil flexible studio for yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound, private treatment rooms for massage, bodywork and talking therapies, and an upstairs wellness lounge to unwind before or after sessions.

Memberships are available for unlimited anytime, off-peak or peak sauna access, making it easy to build a consistent recovery rhythm into the week. The space also functions as a community hub, bringing together movement teachers, therapists, artists and practitioners for workshops and events.
