Inshape Fitness Studio

Inshape Fitness Studio is a 2,500 sq ft gym and personal training studio situated on the outskirts of Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

The facility features three separate workout rooms — a cardio room with Technogym treadmills and Concept 2 rowers, a weights room with Watson equipment and a full power rack, and a resistance machine room — plus modern changing facilities with showers and a sunbed.

A team of qualified personal trainers offers inductions (free with membership), personal training, weight loss programmes, kettlebell work, and muscle-building coaching.
