Fitness Fusion is a boutique fitness studio run by an experienced instructor with over 25 years in the industry. The studio offers a variety of group fitness classes including step, circuits, aqua and conditioning, alongside Les Mills Body Training Systems programmes.
The founder is also a HCPC-qualified Paramedic and holds an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy, offering deep tissue massage and sports therapy treatments. The ethos centres on making fitness fun and accessible for everyone, in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.
