With over 20 years of industry experience, Course Manager Mark Howick and his expert team guide students through Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, Nutrition, and advanced specialist courses.

Opening hours
Theory sessions: Thursdays 7:30pm–8:45pm. Practical sessions: Saturdays 12:00pm–3:00pm (2 Saturdays per month).
