SDR Strength is an expert personal rehabilitation and exercise therapy training service based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. They support both children and adults with Cerebral Palsy (pre and post-SDR) and other immobilising conditions including Spina Bifida, ME/CFS, Multiple Sclerosis, and Autism.
All training is delivered on a bespoke 1-to-1 basis, with personalised exercise programmes (PEP) designed to improve strength, coordination, stamina, stability and balance. Sessions are available as regular weekly bundles or intensive block courses, with the option of home visits for local clients.
