Inspired Gym is a serious independent gym in Standish, Wigan, spread across two dedicated training spaces. The gym floor is stocked with iso-levered resistance machines, competition benches, Olympic calibrated steel plates, and dumbbells from 2.5 kg to 60 kg.
The functional cardio floor features a full CrossFit rig, Concept2 row, ski and bike ergs, three Olympic deadlift platforms, an astroturf sled track, and a full boxing area. The coaching team includes a multiple British, European and World Champion powerlifter, a British BJJ champion, an elite sports conditioner, and Basrat-qualified rehab specialists.
Fresh macro-tracked meal preps are available in-gym. Memberships start from £3.83 a week with no joining fee — ever.
