Ironcast Fitness is a small, private coaching facility in Dundalk, County Louth, built on the belief that most people don't need more training, they need better coaching. Every new member starts with a full movement and goal assessment, which is used to build a programme matched to their body, history and goals.

The studio focuses on strength training, functional fitness, HYROX preparation, sports performance and rehabilitation, working with professionals, parents, athletes and adults who want to get stronger, move better and improve body composition.

Offerings include one-to-one personal training, an open gym membership with individualised programming and nutrition guidance, and small coached sessions: Engine sessions (HYROX-focused, max 4 people) and block-based Hybrid sessions (capped at 10). The environment is deliberately focused and non-commercial, with no overcrowding or upselling.
