Jessica Pilates offers small group mat Pilates classes and private sessions across the greater Guildford area, including Frimley, Camberley, Cobham, Chiddingfold, Onslow Village, Normandy and Worplesdon.

Led by STOTT Pilates qualified instructor Nikki Hey and her team, the studio focuses on helping men and women of all ages and fitness levels feel fitter, stronger and younger with fewer aches and pains. Classes are kept deliberately small to ensure individual attention, hands-on correction and exercises tailored to each client.

In addition to face-to-face sessions, Jessica Pilates also offers a full timetable of live Pilates classes via Zoom. The studio has particular expertise in Pilates for rehabilitation, pain relief, posture improvement and core strength.
