JG Fitness is a premium private personal training studio with two locations — on the Gateshead–Newcastle Quays and in Heaton on Denmark Street. Founded by James Garrity, who brings nearly 20 years of experience, the studio offers fully private 1-to-1 sessions, semi-private training of up to 4 people, and small group sessions of 8–12.

Sessions combine split resistance weight training with high-intensity interval training, and each session includes 15 minutes of post-session coaching and progress tracking. JG Fitness also offers online personal training programmes.

The studio's mission is to help people of all abilities lead happier, healthier lives through a simple, sustainable formula that fits around their existing lifestyle.
