Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, Susan's approach is shaped by her extensive background as an NHS occupational therapist, combining professional healthcare insight with the practical wisdom of yoga.

Sessions are fully tailored to individual needs — whether you're new to yoga or deepening an existing practice — and may include movement, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and lifestyle guidance. A free introductory conversation is available for those who'd like to find out more.
