Joy Boutique Fitness is a friendly, positive boutique fitness studio owned by fitness professional Frankie Stainsby. Offering a range of feel-good classes — including Beat Down, Power Ballad Pilates, Body Burn, Sculpt at the Barre, HIIT THE FUNC small group training, and outdoor Bootcamp — both in person at Horsley Village Hall and online via Zoom.

With 1:1 and small group personal training available in a private PT studio equipped with battle ropes and a squat rack, JOY's mission is to make exercise fun and accessible for all fitness levels. Members also get access to an online profile with food and fitness trackers, goal-setting tools, and a members-only Facebook group.
