Just Train is an 8,000 sq ft boutique fitness gym in Staines-upon-Thames offering coached group training built around four pillars: breath, movement, recovery and awareness. Founded on the 'True Strength' philosophy, the studio runs a varied weekly timetable including Lower Body, Upper Body, Core, Full Body, Strength, Box Fit, DJ Sesh and Freestyle sessions.

Every workout can be scaled to the individual, and a supportive community ethos runs through everything — making it a place to challenge yourself and reconnect with your body beyond ordinary gym training.
