Kamaete Schools of Traditional Shotokan Karate (KSTSK) is a traditional Shotokan karate organisation celebrating over 21 years of excellence, with clubs across Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Classes are available for all ages, including a dedicated Kamaete Kubs programme for children aged 4–6.
Training covers basics, sparring, and kata forms with a structured grading syllabus from beginner to black belt. Benefits include improved self-control, confidence, fitness, and stress relief. Free trial lessons are available at all club locations.
