Founded in 2018 by World's Strongest Woman Rhianon Lovelace and Luke Davies, Kaos Strength Gym is a specialist strength sports facility in Preston offering strongman and powerlifting training under one roof.
With an equipment set-up described as unrivalled in the North of England, Kaos provides 1-to-1 coaching, competition preparation, seminars, deadlift suit coaching, and online remote coaching for athletes of all levels.
