Offering programmes for all ages and abilities — including Little Ninjas, Kickstart, Adult Kickstart, Aikido, Ladies Only Kickboxing, and a Leadership Programme — the academies welcome everyday people looking for self-defence skills, fitness, discipline, and personal development.
With two full-time dojos and multiple growing academies spread across the south-east, KL:UK provides a welcoming environment for pre-schoolers through to adults.
