Kazen Kai Chelmsford

Kazen Kai is a martial arts organisation that has been teaching since 2001, blending traditional techniques with modern training methods. Based across 23 clubs in Essex and beyond, their Chelmsford location offers a wide range of disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness Classes, and inclusive sessions for SEND students.

Classes cater to all ages — from toddler play-based Dots Classes for 2–3 year olds to adult fitness and self-defence — with a strong focus on building confidence, discipline, and strength for life.
