Kickback is a martial arts centre in Port Glasgow offering qualified instructors and a gym for learning a wide range of martial arts disciplines, including Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Tai Chi Chi Kung, Self Defence, Kettlebells and Cage Fit. Classes are open to ages 4 and up, suitable for both self-defence and sport.
