Kickstart Gym is a 24-hour functional training gym offering Muay Thai martial arts, HYROX, DEKA, and a range of fitness classes including HybridFlex and HybridFit. The gym caters to all ages and abilities, with adult, youth, and junior Muay Thai sessions, early-morning and evening classes throughout the week, and open studio sessions.
It is both an Official HYROX Partner Gym and a DEKA Affiliate Gym, and also runs its own clothing store.
