Killamarsh Tai Chi is a friendly, welcoming Tai Chi and Qi Gong class based at Killamarsh Active Centre, near Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and Worksop.

Practising Lee Style Tai Chi, sessions begin with around 35 minutes of Qi Gong to stimulate the body's natural healing energies, followed by varied Tai Chi movements including forms such as Short Form, Sword Form, Dance Form and many more.

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels — members can sit out sections or attend only the first half — and are approved by Derbyshire Community Health Services. There are no paid instructors; the small fee covers hall hire and equipment.

Special beginner starter classes run on the first Friday of each month, after which new members can attend any Monday, Wednesday or Friday session.
