Knights Karate & Self-Defence Club was established in 1995 and teaches Shotokan Karate to children (from age 5), adolescents and adults, as well as Self-Defence classes for non-martial artists (from age 12). The club has both male and female fully qualified and DBS-checked instructors, and offers gradings, sparring/freestyle, demonstrations and regular events.

The first trial class is free.
