Kung Fu Essex is the home of EWTO WingTsun in East London, part of the European WingTsun Organisation — the world's largest self-defence organisation with over 40,000 students.

Led by 4th Higher Grade instructors Sifu Ryan Taylor and Sifu Niall Hunt, who together bring more than 50 years of martial arts experience, the academy offers practical kung fu and self-defence classes for adults, juniors, and little dragons. Classes run on Sundays at St John Fisher Primary School in Loughton and on Tuesday evenings at Redbridge Sports Centre in Ilford.

WingTsun is built on real-life self-defence scenarios and develops not just physical strength but also confidence and mental resilience.
