Legacy Mixed Martial Arts is a structured teaching academy built for people who want to learn martial arts the right way. Head instructor Jordan Dowdy is a 14-fight professional MMA veteran with Bellator experience, a BJJ first-degree black belt, and a former Brown Belt World Champion. The culture emphasises mutual respect, controlled intensity, and a welcoming environment for both competitors and hobbyists.
