Lifestyle Performance Transformations (LPT) is a personal training studio with locations in Kettering and Burton Latimer, specialising in helping busy people aged 40+ regain energy, strength and confidence. Founded by Matt Sutton — himself a cancer survivor — LPT uses the T.C.P Method: personalised Training, nutrition & lifestyle Coaching, and Personal development.

Sessions run just 45 minutes and combine metabolic conditioning with strength training. Every member receives a bespoke programme and their own nutrition coach, making this a truly holistic approach to fitness. Named Northamptonshire's Health & Wellness Business of the Year 2025.
