Lift Gym is a relaxed, supportive and friendly gym in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, designed to help people of all confidence levels get the best from their training. Specialising in welcoming less experienced gym-goers, the team offers equipment walkthroughs and personalised workout plans.
The gym has capped membership to avoid overcrowding, extensive free weights and machine equipment, and is deliberately not targeted at hardcore bodybuilders or powerlifters — instead fostering a calm, non-intimidating environment. Freelance personal trainers are welcome to work from the facility.
