LIM Studio (Light in Motion) is an intimate, boutique studio in Highbury Park offering Pilates, yoga, barre, and strength classes for everybody and everyone.

Founded by Pilates teacher and movement practitioner Isobel Palmer, the studio is dedicated to making people feel great — both on and off the mat — free from gimmicks and body ideology, with some of the best teachers London has to offer. The studio also features a fully equipped 1-1 Reformer Pilates room and a Garden Studio.
