Using high-quality Merrithew reformers, the studio provides everything from introductory Classical and Beginner Form & Flow sessions to progressive Power, Dynamic, and Strength & Core classes.

Rooted in the STOTT Pilates method and inspired by modern movement science, the studio emphasises alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness. A small, expert team of instructors delivers a welcoming, home-like atmosphere where wellness feels personal. Specialist workshops for qualified instructors are also hosted on-site.
