LK Aerobic Gymnastics is a vibrant and inclusive gymnastics club based in Southport, dedicated to nurturing young athletes from recreational beginners to national-level competitors.
Founded in 2011 with the goal of making aerobic gymnastics accessible and fun for all abilities, the club offers structured recreational sessions developing strength, flexibility, coordination, power, and balance through the British Aerobic Gymnastics Badge.
More advanced athletes can join the squad programme, receiving tailored coaching and competing at Regional, National and International level. The club is home to many British Champions and both European and World medallists, and offers gymnastics for children from 1 year old.
