LLS Karate (Leicester and Loughborough Shotokan Karate) is a family-friendly karate club based in Barrow upon Soar, near Loughborough, with over 25 years of experience. Led by Sensei Danny, the club offers expert tuition in the Japanese martial art of Shotokan Karate for all ages from 5 upwards and all abilities.
Classes focus on focus, control, respect, confidence, coordination, practical self-defence and anti-bullying strategies. Friday evening sessions are held at Humphrey Perkins High School Main Hall, organised by age and grade.
