LN CrossFit is Lincoln's home of CrossFit® since 2013, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Based in Birchwood, the box offers a full timetable of CrossFit® classes, Barbell Club, Team WODs, Cardio Sunday, CrossFit Kids, Strong Girl Squad, and Open Gym sessions.
Coaches guide members through safe, effective functional fitness training, with quarterly InBody 370s body composition scans and an Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting included in memberships. A free taster session is available for anyone wanting to try before they commit.
