CrossFit Witham is Lincoln's premier CrossFit gym, set in a 6,000+ sq ft facility open 7 days a week. The box offers high-intensity group WODs, Open Gym, Barbell/Weightlifting, Mobility, Intervals, Endurance, Run Club, and a dedicated CrossFit Academy for kids (4–12) and teens (12–18).
With a large, well-equipped space, experienced coaching team, and a strong community feel, the gym welcomes all fitness levels — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Free taster sessions are available any day of the week.
