London Parkour Project - Mile End

London Parkour Project is a professional parkour coaching academy that has been in business for over fifteen years. Specialising in training youth aged 5–17 as well as adults, the academy describes itself as the No.1 Parkour Coaching Company in South East London.

Classes are delivered in school time as parkour-PE sessions, as after-school clubs, and as dedicated academy classes. The teaching approach combines three core aspects: parkour-specific techniques, physical conditioning, and mental/mindset training, delivered through a structured grading system from beginner to intermediate level using both hard and soft equipment.

The academy has trained over 3,000 students to date and currently has 215 students enrolled, 7 coaches and assistant coaches, and classes at 6 schools. Indoor parkour sessions are held at venues including St Bartholomew's Primary. The team includes Founding Director Dr Ovando Carter (Black Band), Lead Coach Alfred De-Souza, and a growing roster of assistant coaches.

A youth assistant programme trains former and current students to join the coaching team.
