Maida Gym is one of the oldest gyms in the UK, housed in a purpose-built 1892 army gymnasium in Aldershot.
Spanning over 6,000 sq ft of fully matted training space, the facility offers three distinct areas: a fully equipped Gym with 250+ pieces of equipment including Hammer Strength kit, Functional Fitness classes running up to 19 sessions per week, and Prizefighters — a martial arts programme covering Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and more for both adults and children.
Professionally trained coaches, personal trainers, and a strong community ethos make it a standout training destination.
