Studio 1 is an owner-managed gym in Aldershot run by national-level competitive athletes and designed for people who take their training seriously.
With a capped membership of 250, the gym offers a wide range of premium resistance equipment from GYM80, Hammer Strength, Precor Icarian and Watson, alongside a separate cardio floor, boxing area, posing room, beauty treatments, sports massage, sunbeds and pole fitness classes.
Personal trainers are all REPs Level 3 certified minimum, with deep expertise in bodybuilding, competition preparation and female athlete coaching.
