The Shed is a high-spec gym and fitness facility based at Farnham Rugby Union Football Club (FRUFC) in Farnham. Open to all FRUFC members — playing and non-playing — it offers open gym sessions, group fitness classes, personal training, squad strength & conditioning, and sports therapy treatments.
Inside, there are 4 lifting stations and 6 aerobic stations with free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and TRX kits. Outside, an all-weather Astro area is available for dynamic power training with sleds, battle ropes, farmers walk handles and mobile racks.
One Element runs group fitness classes from the facility, and EF Sport Therapies provides sports therapy treatments on site.
