Mama & Me Fitness is a pre and postnatal fitness service based in Leeds, run by specialist trainer Steph. It offers safe, inclusive exercise and nutrition support for mums and mums-to-be — from pre-conception through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and beyond. Services include small group classes (babies welcome), mobile personal training at your home, and online coaching.
Classes take place at Iveridge Health Club in Rothwell every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:45am, with mobile PT covering Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford and Pontefract.
