Training MODE (TM) is a multi-function boutique gym and studio split across two floors in Wandsworth, London. Founded and owned by personal trainer Jade Lindsay, the space brings together personal training, group fitness classes, and wellness under one roof.

The lower ground floor is a fully equipped gym for personal trainers and their clients, featuring a bespoke rig, sled, water rower, assault bike, cable column and free weights.

The ground floor is an open-plan studio hosting classes including Mama Fit, Mama Strong, Pregnancy Yoga, Pregnancy Pilates and sound healing, as well as a therapy room for massage and treatments and a communal area. TM is built around community, with a mission to unite trainers and members in pursuit of fitness, strength and a healthier way of life.
