Manor - SW1 Victoria

Manor is a London boutique training facility with two locations — SW1 Victoria (the flagship, 2 minutes from Victoria station) and SE1 Vauxhall (south of the river, 3 minutes from Vauxhall station with an outdoor training terrace).

Built on the belief that training is more than reps and sets, Manor brings like-minded people together through shared effort across four pillars: Strength (structured progressive lifting), Conditioning (high-intensity full-body training for stamina and speed), Boxing (real boxing skills for agility, focus and control), and Recovery (sauna, ice baths and physio).
