Marshside Health Club is a family-run health and fitness club in Southport offering a huge range of facilities across nine unique training zones. Members enjoy access to a comprehensive weights area, state-of-the-art cardio studio, two swimming pools (25m and 20m), sauna and steam room, and over 70 group fitness classes per week — including MHC-X, Body Pump and yoga.
