Morecambe Martial Arts & Junior Leadership Academy is a Korean martial arts school based in Heaton-with-Oxcliffe, Morecambe, offering training in Kuk Sool, Kuk Sool Hapkido and Kong Shin Bup.
Founded by John Ward, who has nearly 30 years of Korean martial arts experience, the school welcomes students from age 6 upward — including seniors well into their 60s — across Junior and Senior class formats.
Beyond self-defence and fitness, the academy places strong emphasis on character development, instilling values such as respect, self-control, confidence and teamwork through its Junior Leadership programme.
