Established for over 20 years, Max Training Academy in Middlesbrough combines tradition and innovation with a focus on self-defence and self-discovery. The academy offers mixed martial arts, kickboxing, karate and bag workout classes for male and female adults, as well as kids' sessions. All instructors hold black belts, are fully insured and DBS-checked.

Private 1-2-1 tuition is available Monday to Saturday.
