Swanage Self Defence & Martial Arts offers mixed martial arts, self-defence and fitness classes for children, teenagers, adults and families in Swanage, Dorset.

Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at Swanage Methodist Church and cover a wide range of disciplines including Traditional Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, MMA, Kali Escrima and Jeet Kune Do (JKD), as well as practical self-protection skills such as knife defence and multiple-attacker scenarios.

Sessions are led by a highly experienced, fully qualified black belt instructor, and outdoor and beach training is offered during the summer. Private one-to-one sessions are also available.
