MD Performance & Therapy is a Castlebar-based practice combining physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and personal training under one roof. Their tagline is helping people in Castlebar to move, feel and perform better.

A small team of practitioners and coaches works with everyone from everyday clients rehabbing injuries to local athletes and teams, including a weekly Youth Strength & Conditioning programme for ages 11-17 that builds speed, strength, power, movement skills and lifting technique.

They train out of the Leisure Complex at Lough Lannagh in Knockacroghery and The Movement Gym at Barcastle Industrial Estate. New clients can start with a free intro session, and online booking is available through their Cliniko system.
