The Movement Castlebar

The Movement is a community-focused gym in Castlebar, Co Mayo, with a sister location in Claremorris. Built around the idea that movement changes everything, it offers a fun, supportive and safe environment for all fitness levels, ages and sizes.

The timetable covers HYROX, Strength & Sweat circuits, Keiser spinning, BRC, Move Strong, reformer and mat Pilates, yoga and trainer's choice sessions, plus corporate options. Classes run from early morning to evening in 45-minute slots, with varied class content and knowledgeable trainers who look after their clients.

New members can join on a half-price first month of unlimited classes, and class credit packs are available for those who prefer flexibility.
