Established in 1970, Meadowbank Karate Group offers professional karate coaching for everyone — from pre-school to championship level. Classes are open to men, women, and children and focus on self-defence, fitness, and confidence building.
The club is led by highly qualified, insured, and disclosure-checked instructors including Steven Adam (6th Dan) and Richard Bradley (4th Dan), all recognised through Sport Scotland and the Scottish Karate Governing Body.
