Melé Yoga is a boutique yoga studio based in East Horsley and the surrounding Surrey area, run by Melé Beretta. Classes are designed to help you feel better in your body, enhance the quality of your breath, and find a little peace of mind. Melé teaches Yin Yang, Hatha, Mindful Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, and weaves in Sound Healing and Reiki.
Offerings include in-person hall classes, private 1-1 and small group sessions, live online classes, on-demand videos, workshops, day retreats, yoga holidays, corporate yoga, and sound baths with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
