Meridian Kung Fu Thorpe Bay & Shoebury is a Wing Chun Kung Fu martial arts school based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, with over 25 years of experience. Led by Sifu Annette de Florinier, the school offers age-specific programmes for all levels – from Mini Pandas and Snakes & Cranes for young children, through Junior, Teen and Adult Wing Chun, to Elite specialist weapons training.
Classes are held across multiple local venues including 5th Southchurch Scout Hut on Kensington Road. The school focuses on building confidence, self-defence skills, health and wellbeing in both children and adults, with no upper age limit and no prior martial arts experience required.
