Mes Amies Dance Company is an inclusive adult dance and fitness studio in the heart of Northampton, offering a wide range of classes for all abilities — from complete beginners to advanced dancers.

Founded in 2012, the studio provides ballet (beginner, intermediate, advanced, and pointe), barre, tap, contemporary, musical theatre, heels, commercial, Pilates, yoga, Silver Swans, Sweat & Sculpt, Squats & Snuggles, and Mini Movers.
