Sugarpole Dance & Aerial is Northamptonshire's premier pole fitness and aerial arts studio, offering a safe, supportive and empowering environment for all levels. Classes include pole dancing, aerial hoop and aerial hammock, led by expert instructors passionate about strength, flexibility and self-expression.
The studio is known for its stunning lighting, welcoming community and diverse timetable, from beginner to mixed-ability sessions, plus workshops and professional photo shoot opportunities. A second rural venue, The Barn by Sugarpole, is also available in Walgrave, Northamptonshire.
