Founded in 2022 by brothers Aftab Miah and Ashraf Miah — both professional K-1 Kickboxing and MMA fighters — Miah Bros MMA Gym is a dedicated martial arts and fitness gym in Brighton & Hove. The gym offers MMA, Muay Thai, K-1 Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ/No-Gi Grappling) and yoga classes for all levels, from kids and beginners to competitive fighters.
Facilities include two matted training areas, an 18ft competition MMA octagon, a full weights and cardio area, and shower facilities. Classes run seven days a week with dedicated sessions for kids, teens, women, and adults.
